These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Okking platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing Okking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Okking ("Okking", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at okking.cam.

By using the Okking platform, you agree to the following conditions of use. Breach of any of these conditions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension or termination.
5.1 Permitted Use. The Okking platform is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Users may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting agency or acting as an agent for third-party players.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Okking reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment channels at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (MYR 30) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply per account tier and payment method. Users may view their applicable limits within the cashier section of their Account.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and Malaysian bank transfers are typically credited to the Account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. Okking does not accept cash deposits or transfers made from accounts not registered in the User's name.
6.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Okking targets withdrawal processing times of 10 to 30 minutes for FPX and e-wallet withdrawals during normal operating hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Okking reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, source of funds assessment, or investigation into suspected fraud or breach of these Terms. The Platform shall not be obligated to pay interest on funds held during a verification period.
6.6 Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User has selected an alternative currency option where available. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by Okking are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Okking employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Where such patterns are detected, Okking reserves the right to void the bonus and associated winnings and to close the account concerned.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Users may only hold one active welcome bonus or deposit bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds.
7.5 Birthday and Loyalty Bonuses. Eligibility for birthday bonuses and VIP tier rewards is subject to minimum account activity requirements. Bonus tiers and amounts are subject to change at Okking's discretion and are not contractually guaranteed amounts. The platform reserves the right to verify the User's date of birth before crediting birthday bonuses.
7.6 Referral Programme. Referral bonuses are credited only upon verification that the referred player has completed account registration with valid KYC documentation and has made a qualifying deposit meeting the minimum threshold. The referrer and referred player must not share the same device, IP address, or household. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.

8.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction affecting a game session or bet settlement, Okking reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's balance. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from system errors.
8.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets — including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and UFC — are subject to specific betting rules communicated within the relevant market. In-play (live) bets accepted after an outcome has been determined may be voided. Okking's sports trading team decisions on disputed outcomes are final.
8.5 Game Outcomes. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by professional dealers operating within licensed studio environments. Okking does not influence game outcomes and all certified titles have independently verified RTP figures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Okking's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.1 Termination by User. Users may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to Okking's customer support team. Before closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Closure does not affect any outstanding obligations between the User and Okking.
12.2 Termination by Okking. Okking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all pending bonus funds are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User via the last verified payment method, provided no outstanding compliance review is in progress. Okking is not obligated to pay out balances where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or Terms violation until the relevant investigation is concluded.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Okking holds its international operating licence.
